104 Wilfred George Fairhurst, age 31. He was the 1st Intermediate 3rd Engineer on the Lusitania. He was the son of George Aaron Fairhurst, a pianoforte dealer born (28 January) 1863 at Latchford, Warrington, Cheshire, and Sarah Annie (nee Seabridge; born about 1860 at Lichfield, Staffordshire) Fairhurst; they had married 2 November 1884 at Grappenhall in Cheshire. In 1901, the Fairhurst family lived at Stanley Road in Bootle Cum Linacre, Lancashire. Wilfred was 15 years old and noted as an apprentice mechanical engineer. He had a sister, Gertrude A. E., 14. He was the husband of Margaret Maria Fairhurst (nee Pattison), of “Ravensdal,”Stuart Road, Great Crosby, Liverpool. Wilfred had been born 5 April 1885 Latchford, Warrington, Cheshire and had been christened 19 July the same year at Grappenhall, Cheshire, in the Church of England tradition. He seems to have married his wife in early 1909 in the West Derby district of Lancashire. Their adress in 1915 was Morningside, Crosby, Liverpool.
